Job Description

Lukes Lobster is a Maine-inspired, fast-casual lobster shack known for its award-winning seafood rolls. Our seafood is traceable to its source, sustainably caught and processed by our own team to our own high standards.

Role : Director of Operations - NYC

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $100-110K/year
  • Bonus potential up to 15-20% of base salary
  • Health Insurance Program, including medical, dental and vision (after 90 days), with Lukes Lobster paying for 77% of the plans

Duties & Responsibilities

We offer delicious, high-quality seafood that our guests love. To make that happen youll be :

  • Overseeing a region of 7+ units across the country and traveling up to 50% of the time
  • Building, leading and developing a skilled and dynamic management team for your region with a focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Focusing on your teams personal career goals, identifying opportunities and addressing them
  • Utilizing your deep financial acumen to analyze your regions results and discover opportunities in all financial categories
  • Working as part of a close-knit Operations department based in NYC
  • Leading by example to create a best in class guest experience by actively working alongside your teams on the line when visiting your locations
  • Championing the companys core values of Taste, Transparency and Purpose and helping achieve our goal of becoming the worlds most respected seafood brand
  • Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory
  • Working directly with all departments, including Finance, Marketing, People + Culture, our processing facility and more
