Our award-winning client is seeking a Director of Operations to join their team. In this impactful role, you'll wear many hats – from coach and mentor to efficiency expert and strategic partner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to production and maintenance managers/supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Develop and manage site budgets, monitor cost of sales, and identify opportunities to streamline processes across safety, quality, service, production, and people development.

• Establish metrics, guidelines, and standards to measure efficiency and effectiveness, cultivating a data-driven approach to daily reporting.

• Oversee equipment maintenance, and facility coordination, and manage compliance with regulations and inspections.

• Implementing policies and procedures to enhance customer service and satisfaction.

• Coordinating integration efforts among departments for a seamless workflow.

• Partnering with department leaders to identify company-wide issues and recommend cutting-edge solutions.

• Projecting a positive image of the company to employees, customers, and the community.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in the beverage manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in production facility management.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of wine industry production processes, warehouse management, and logistics.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
