As Director of Operations at Kinetic, you will play a critical role in leading strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall business performance as we continue to grow our footprint in the ADAS calibration industry. Working closely with stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will strike a balance between short-term launchability and long-term viability ensuring we’re always moving quickly but also scalably. Through your leadership and strategic guidance, you will play a key role in advancing our mission of revolutionizing automotive technology and enhancing vehicle safety.
Responsibilities
Data Driven Decisionmaking: Working with Product and Engineering, define metrics and KPIs that are critical to the success of Kinetic’s business and build dashboards and monitoring systems to ensure this data is accessible to all relevant stakeholders. Once these frameworks are in place, work to build out both process and product that help assure these metrics are always moving in the right directions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of ADAS calibration activities with overall business objectives. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on calibration operations and address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations with a particular focus in logistics and B2B marketplaces.
3+ years of people management experience.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
General knowledge of the Automotive Industry is a plus but not required.
