CORY is hiring a Director of Operations who is passionate about leading high-performing teams, optimizing operational processes, and driving strong business results across a property management organization. This leader will play a key role in shaping operational strategy while ensuring exceptional service delivery and financial performance across the portfolio.
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established real estate ownership and property management organization with a strong reputation for operational excellence and resident satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Oversee property management operations across a multifamily portfolio, ensuring strong operational performance, service delivery, and financial results.
Partner with executive leadership and finance to develop budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive revenue and expense goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop regional and onsite teams while establishing clear expectations, accountability, and leadership growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment with operational priorities and regulatory compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiencies while maintaining high standards for customer experience.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
5+ years of leadership experience in operations or property management at the director level or above
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations
