A growing ABA company is seeking an Operations Manager to help bring structure, organization, and efficiency to its clinical and administrative teams. This role focuses on improving internal systems, strengthening team coordination, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly so clinicians can focus on delivering high-quality services.
The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership, therapists, and office staff to streamline workflows, improve communication, and support the company’s continued growth. This is an ideal role for a highly organized professional who enjoys building systems and helping teams perform at their best.
Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee day-to-day operations across clinical and administrative teams.
Improve systems, workflows, and internal processes to increase efficiency.
Support team scheduling, coordination, and communication.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
Skills:
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Requirements:
Experience in operations, office management, or team leadership.
Background in special education or ABA is a major plus.
