Location: Hatfield, PA
Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Primarily 2nd Shift, generally 2:00–3:00 p.m. through midnight–1:00 a.m., with flexibility based on business needs.
Why Join Clemens Food Group?
We're looking for a Director of Operations to provide senior leadership across 2nd Shift at our Hatfield facility. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop leaders, create accountability, and make sound decisions in a complex manufacturing environment.
You'll lead 2nd Shift Operations while coordinating across supporting functions including Sanitation, Trades, Wastewater, Rendering, and other plant resources. With fewer senior resources available on second shift, you'll have meaningful autonomy to prioritize issues, coordinate teams, and keep the business moving.
Food manufacturing experience is valuable but not required. We're interested in leaders who have successfully navigated complexity, developed teams, and delivered results in demanding operating environments.
Experience involving Maintenance/Trades, Engineering, Facilities, Infrastructure, or other technical plant functions is also valuable.
This role offers significant autonomy, broad operational exposure, and the chance to strengthen a leadership team while directly influencing operational performance.
Clemens continues to grow, build, and expand its operations. For a leader who wants more complexity, broader responsibility, and the chance to develop through meaningful operating experience, this role offers significant exposure and impact.
