Director of Nursing – RN – Pediatric Perioperative Services - Days

As the Director of Nursing, you will directly contribute to and provide the leadership to ensure optimal patient outcome for children and their families, financial performance, and efficient operations of perioperative services. You will drive the delivery of our patient-focused nursing and ancillary staff, maintain an environment that fosters shared governance and performance at the highest level while designing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with evidence-based policies, practices, and quality initiatives. This is a full-time position at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital and NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Preferred Criteria
CNOR certification
Leadership certification
Pediatric experience
Required Criteria
Master’s degree in nursing or related field
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
Current New York State Registered Nurse license
A minimum of five years’ experience in Perioperative Services
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
