We're seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and support high-quality resident care. In this role, you'll oversee clinical operations, develop and mentor team members, and help create a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team in delivering quality resident-centered care
• Oversee clinical operations and maintain compliance with applicable regulations
• Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
• Partner with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor quality outcomes and ensure continuity of care
• Promote excellence in resident service and team performance

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR Certification
• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions
• Commitment to quality care and resident well-being
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach

Position Details

• Full-time salaried position
• Participation in an on-call rotation
