Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year
Spring Oak Tri Cities is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Director of Nursing. Our Petersburg campus has two buildings: one for assisted living and one for memory care.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee resident care and support the team across both buildings. We are looking for a nurse who can guide staff, maintain strong clinical practices, and build trusting relationships with residents and families.
This is a strong opportunity for an LPN or RN who wants to move into a broader clinical leadership role while remaining closely connected to residents and the care team.
