Now Hiring: Director of Nursing (DON) – Lima, OH

Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse leader looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our skilled nursing facility in Lima, Ohio This is a full-time leadership role where you'll guide and support a strong clinical team committed to providing the highest level of resident care.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the nursing department and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster a culture of clinical excellence and teamwork
  
• Partner with facility leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives
  
• Ensure the delivery of person-centered care and strong clinical outcomes
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Ohio RN license
  
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
  
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  
• Passion for quality care and team development
