Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nursing operations within the facility
• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to ensure quality resident care
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Drive clinical excellence and quality outcomes
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident-centered care
• Support survey readiness and successful regulatory outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio RN license required
• Previous Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain high clinical standards
• Passion for resident care and team development
