Our 62-bed skilled nursing facility is home to a deeply committed care team. Many of our staff have served our residents for years. We pride ourselves on meaningful relationships within our team, with our residents, and throughout the community. This is a place where elders are respected, well cared for, and truly feel at home.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a high-performing and compassionate nursing team

  • Ensure clinical excellence and compliance in all aspects of care

  • Mentor, coach, and support staff while setting clear expectations

  • Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary partners

  • Provide both day-to-day oversight and long-term strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license

  • BSN required; Master’s in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of three years in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • A firm yet compassionate leader who can implement change while keeping staff engaged

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
