Chateau Napoleon Caring is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This is a highly supported leadership role focused on clinical excellence, compliance, and team development.

Clinical Leadership Support

• Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) partnership
• Experienced Administrator and Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) collaboration

Clinical Operations & Staffing Support

• Dedicated Staff Development Coordinator to help support staff education, training, and clinical competency
• Clinical scheduler to assist with staffing coordination and reduce administrative burden
• Dedicated clinical recruiter focused on supporting hiring

Regional & Executive Support

• Regional Clinical Partner providing ongoing hands-on clinical guidance and support, actively traveling to all facilities to provide direct on-site support, coaching, and assistance when needed
• Chief Nursing Officer providing ongoing hands-on clinical leadership and support

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility
• Lead, coach, and develop nursing leadership and staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Drive quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership teams
• Improve resident outcomes and care delivery systems

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license (required)
• BSN preferred
• 3+ years of DON or nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing / long-term care preferred
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey readiness, and clinical operations
• Proven ability to lead nursing teams and improve quality outcomes
