We’re hiring a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care for our community.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the nursing department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
• Lead, mentor, and coach nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
• Collaborate with physicians and families to support residents’ health and quality of life.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and retention of nursing staff.
Qualifications:
• Active LPN license in VA, in good standing.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

• Competitive salary ($85,000-$90,000) BOE
