  • Provide leadership and oversight of all clinical and resident health services at Ivy Gables, ensuring exceptional care and support for residents.
  • Educate, coach, and empower team members to support the principles of independent and supportive living while fostering a resident-centered care environment.
  • Delegate nursing and clinical responsibilities appropriately to the clinical care team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and best practices that deliver an outstanding resident care experience.
  • Lead the ongoing development, implementation, and management of the clinical services infrastructure and nursing operations.
  • Oversee orientation, training, onboarding, and mentoring programs for nursing and care staff.
  • Manage staff performance through coaching, accountability, professional development, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure quality assurance standards, clinical practices, and operational procedures meet or exceed all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Delaware or eligibility to practice in Delaware through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Three to five years of nursing experience in geriatric, long-term care, assisted living, or home health settings preferred.
  • Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other memory-related impairments strongly preferred.
