The Director of Nursing (DON) provides strategic and operational leadership for nursing services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with California regulations and professional nursing standards. Reporting to the Chief of Pharmacy and Infusion Services, the Director of Nursing collaborates closely with interdisciplinary leadership to align nursing practice with clinical, operational, and organizational goals. This role provides direct oversight of Nurse Managers and Charge Nurses. The Director of Nursing will lead clinical operations with a focus on implementing and maintaining acuity-based staffing models to ensure appropriate nurse-to-patient assignments that support high-quality care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Salary Transparency: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
