How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and oversee all home care services to ensure safe, high‑quality client care
• Shape agency policies, procedures, and clinical standards
• Drive quality improvement through QAPI oversight and data‑driven decision‑making
• Serve as Acting Administrator when needed
• Cross trained to conduct comprehensive client assessments and advocate for client needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Support staff through supervision, training and coaching
• Promote safety, infection control, and best practices

What You Bring

• Current RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Geriatric or home care experience required
• Supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
