What You’ll Do:
• Provide overall leadership and direction for nursing services across the community
• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of nurses and clinical leaders
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to drive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations
• Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, and performance improvement initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence
What You’ll Bring:
• Active RN license in Nebraska (required)
• Previous leadership experience in long-term care or senior living (DON or ADON preferred)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and survey processes
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and build strong relationships
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
