Annual Salary: $90,000 – $95,000

Nightingale Private Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical operations across Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties.

As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing ensures the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence within our home care program. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee case management, caregiver education compliance, and the competency/supervisory visit process.
• Ensure that all clinical services adhere to professional standards and best practices.
• Implement policies and procedures established by the Governing Body and Administration.
• Participate and monitor the QAPI Program, ensuring ongoing compliance and staff education.
• Partner with the Administrator to review operations, identify needs, and drive departmental goals.
• Manage client intake, referrals, and chart audits to maintain high-quality documentation and care.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing licensure and certification.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Team to maintain continuous survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Florida.
• Minimum two years of home care experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with a team-oriented approach.
• Proficient knowledge of home care industry regulations and best practices.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and operational management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and corporate leadership to support organizational goals.
