UniGroup is seeking a Director of National Account Development to drive growth within our corporate relocation and workforce mobility business. This strategic individual contributor will partner closely with leading agency partners to identify, pursue, and develop new national account opportunities across the United States.
In this role, you will build relationships with HR executives, talent acquisition leaders, mobility professionals, and other corporate decision-makers responsible for workforce mobility and relocation programs. You will develop targeted prospect pipelines, uncover new business opportunities, and support strategic sales initiatives that help organizations relocate and mobilize talent.
Success in this role requires a consultative approach, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across a diverse network of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive business development professional who enjoys creating opportunities, building trust, and connecting people.
Responsibilities
• Partner with top-performing agency partners to identify and pursue national account opportunities
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective corporate clients and workforce mobility opportunities
• Build relationships with HR executives, talent acquisition leaders, mobility managers, and other corporate decision-makers
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic business development discussions
• Support proposal development, RFP responses, and other sales pursuit activities
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and support account development efforts
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity data within CRM systems
• Provide market intelligence and business development insights to leadership and agency partners
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and professional associations
• Help strengthen relationships between UniGroup, its agency network, and prospective national account customers
• Monitor sales activity and pipeline performance metrics to support business growth objectives

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, corporate relocation, workforce mobility, HR services, consulting, or a related industry
• Demonstrated success building professional relationships and developing new business opportunities
• Strong consultative selling, networking, and communication skills
• Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups
• Experience managing pipelines and sales activities within a CRM platform
• Strong presentation, organizational, and project management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel as needed to support business development activities
Preferred
• Experience in corporate relocation, workforce mobility, talent management, HR services, employee benefits, or related industries
• Existing relationships with HR executives, talent acquisition leaders, mobility managers, or other workforce decision-makers
• Experience working with franchise, agency, partner, or distributed sales networks
• Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and strategic account pursuits
• Active involvement in professional organizations such as SHRM, Worldwide ERC, or similar associations
