
The Director of Mission oversees the development, organization, and execution of St. Leo the Great Parish’s vision for local outreach, Catholic Social Teaching, and evangelization through its social and service ministries across both the St. Leo the Great and St. Vincent de Paul campuses in Baltimore City The Director serves as a primary bridge between the church, its parishioners, and the wider neighborhoods, and mobilizes the congregation to live out their faith through service and social engagement, ensuring all initiatives respect and promote human dignity and the teachings of the Catholic Church. Must be willing and able to work weekends and evenings and actively engage with the parish community.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000, Annualized
