Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI and has developed the world's largest clinical frontier model, supporting nearly 50 million patients each year.
Aidoc is deployed in more than 2,000 medical centers worldwide. Since our founding in 2016, Aidoc has raised over $500 million and achieved a record number of FDA-cleared solutions.
Medical diagnosis is hitting a breaking point, where the number of physicians hasn't kept up with the rapidly growing patient load. This leads to misdiagnosis and treatment delays that result in hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Aidoc assists clinicians by precisely highlighting diseases directly on medical images, preventing misdiagnosis and ensuring that urgent patients receive the immediate attention they need.
The Director of Marketing Operations builds the systems, data, and processes, and reporting that help Aidoc turn marketing investment into measurable account engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue. This leader owns our marketing technology roadmap, campaign operations, lead lifecycle, and performance reporting, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
Aidoc sells into complex healthcare organizations with long, multi-stakeholder buying journeys. The right person will make our technology work as a connected system for enterprise demand generation and account-based marketing. Our ecosystem includes Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Cloudingo, iCapture, Revealed, Databricks, and Userled. We are evaluating a possible move from HubSpot to Marketo; this role will assess the tradeoffs and lead the migration if approved.
Within the first year, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps share trusted funnel definitions and reporting; lead routing and campaign operations are reliable and repeatable; data quality and visibility into marketing’s contribution have improved; and the martech stack is fit for Aidoc’s needs. If a HubSpot-to-Marketo move is approved, it is delivered against agreed milestones with data integrity, campaign continuity, and user adoption protected.
