To support our Marketing team we are searching for a Director - Marketing for North America to be based in our New York office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive Strategic Growth: Formulate the annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets, identifying emerging market trends to scale our North American footprint.
• Scale Digital Acquisition: Own a multi-million dollar budget and lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, affiliate networks, retargeting, and organic SEO channels.
• Elevate CRM & Retention: Develop sophisticated lifecycle marketing strategies (email, SMS, loyalty) and partner with Personal Shopping to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Champion Brand Activations: Oversee high-impact brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations while ensuring total consistency of our premium luxury voice.
• Lead Advanced Analytics: Establish rigorous KPI and reporting frameworks to measure return on marketing investment (ROMI) and present data-driven insights to executive leadership.
• Inspire Team Excellence: Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing department rooted in a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced Luxury Marketer: You bring 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or premium e-commerce.
• Data-Driven Architect: You possess deep expertise across digital acquisition frameworks, modern CRM systems, and performance data optimization.
• VIP Engagement Expert: You have a nuanced understanding of high-net-worth individual (HNWI) consumer behavior, omnichannel customer journeys, and elite client cultivation.
• Financial & Agency Steward: You have a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and top-tier external agencies.
• Executive Communicator: You possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a unique ability to translate complex data into compelling strategic narratives.
• Collaborative Leader: You excel at building cross-functional relationships, partnering seamlessly with Creative, Events, Personal Shopping, and Executive Leadership teams.
