Job Description

The Director of Marketing & Media is responsible for the development, execution, and management of marketing strategies and programs that support growth, brand awareness, community engagement, and recruitment initiatives across a multi-site hospice organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy, including audience targeting, messaging, quarterly plans, and KPI tracking
  • Execute campaigns, manage SEO, SEM, paid media, and email marketing programs.
  • Oversee website content, performance, SEO optimization, and analytics insights.
  • Develop and manage social strategies, create content, manage engagement, and grow audience.
  • Maintain brand standards, develop creative assets, ensure consistency across channels.
  • Manage PR, media outreach, internal communications, and leadership messaging.
  • Create compelling content across web, campaign, internal and external communications
  • Track performance, build reports, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns.
  • Coordinate vendors, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Develop brochures, collateral, signage, and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
  • Support hiring campaigns, employer branding, and job marketing strategies.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of marketing experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content development, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
