Director of Marketing and Enrollment
Contract Type: Full-time
Work Location: Main institutional headquarters (with visits to branches)

Job Purpose

Lead the marketing and enrollment strategy to attract target students, strengthen the school's brand image, and achieve annual enrollment targets, while maximizing impact on parents and the wider community.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement the strategic marketing and enrollment plan.

2. Oversee the Call Center and the inquiries/customer support team.

3. Manage digital marketing and social media.

4. Oversee design and visual content.

5. Organize marketing campaigns and field events.

6. Monitor the enrollment and admissions process, ensuring an excellent experience for parents.

7. Build partnerships with external parties to expand outreach.

8. Prepare periodic marketing and enrollment performance reports.

9. Support impact-maximization goals through content and campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of new enrollments annually (against target).

• Conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.

• Level of engagement and follower growth on social media.

• Parent satisfaction with the enrollment process (target ≤ 90%).

• Cost per enrollment (cost of acquiring each new student).

Qualifications & Competencies

• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in marketing and sales (experience in the education sector preferred).

• Skills in leading both digital and traditional marketing teams.

• High creativity and deep understanding of the parent audience.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, Content Management).

• Commitment to the Sakinah Quintet and the ability to convey its values through content.

Commit to maximizing impact on parents and the community through purposeful educational content that reflects the Sakinah Quintet, and contribute to spreading the school's message as an ongoing legacy (sadaqah jariyah) and beneficial knowledge.
