Director of Marketing

A large and growing multi-state healthcare organization is looking for a Director of Marketing to take complete ownership of its marketing function.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage social media posts or coordinate a few campaigns. We're looking for a true marketing leader who can build structure, drive results, and elevate the entire marketing operation.

The organization operates across nine states and has invested heavily in marketing, but it's ready for someone who can bring everything together under one roof. From digital marketing and lead generation to vendor management, events, and state-specific initiatives, this person will own it all.

Leadership wants someone they can hand the department to and trust that nothing will fall through the cracks.

What You'll Own

• Take full ownership of the marketing department and all marketing initiatives across the organization
• Drive lead generation efforts and continuously improve marketing performance and ROI
• Oversee SEO, PPC, Google Business profiles, website performance, and digital marketing initiatives
• Manage internal marketing team members and external agencies and vendors
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support growth across multiple states
• Ensure all marketing assets are optimized, professional, and aligned with company goals
• Partner with leadership and state-level teams to understand local needs and execute marketing initiatives accordingly
• Create structure, processes, reporting, and accountability across the department
• Oversee marketing events, campaigns, and special projects from concept through execution
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve results, lower acquisition costs, and increase leads
• Act as the go-to person for all things marketing while proactively bringing new ideas and opportunities to leadership

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.

The ideal candidate is:

• Highly organized and proactive
• Strong both strategically and operationally
• Experienced managing multiple marketing channels and initiatives simultaneously
• Comfortable managing people, vendors, and outside agencies
• Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics
• Able to prioritize, execute, and drive projects to completion
• A strong communicator who can work effectively across departments and leadership teams
• Someone who wants to build, improve, and continuously raise the bar

ABA or healthcare marketing experience is a plus, but strong marketing leadership experience from other industries will absolutely be considered.
