• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan to support revenue and occupancy goals.

• Oversee all content & messages across online & offline channels.

• Manage the creation of all advertising and collateral materials to maintain brand consistency.

• Deploy marketing activations, coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships throughout the year to support hotel goals.

• Build strong relationships with tourism bureaus, community leaders, and media partners.

Act as the liaison for the hotel on PR activities and media releases, as well as brand custodian

• across all marketing channels and materials.

• Supervise all photoshoots and creative projects that enhance hotel visibility.

• Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all guest touchpoints.

• Prepare and control the marketing budget for the hotel.

• Track marketing expenses and measure ROI for all campaigns and initiatives.

• Prepare marketing reports and present findings to the hotel leadership team and owner.

• Lead, train, and motivate the Marketing & Communications team to achieve goals.

• Set performance targets, monitor progress, and encourage team development.

• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

• Liaise with corporate office on global campaigns and implement guidelines.

• Review vendor proposals and manage production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and cost control.

• Develop and update SOPs related to marketing operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing/communications, ideally within the hotel industry
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content management
  • Strong understanding of media relations, influencer partnerships, and event marketing
  • Excellent leadership skills with proven success in building and developing teams
  • Ability to craft strategic marketing plans that directly impact business results
  • Financially and analytically competent to manage marketing budgets and performance
