A modern furniture company specializing in stylish, high-quality, and affordable home furnishings is seeking a results-driven Director of Paid Search in their office in Brooklyn, NY, to take charge of high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid search platforms. The Director of Paid Search position offers an opportunity to drive growth for leading e-commerce furniture brands through data-driven strategies and innovative campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid search strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to inform campaign strategies
• Oversee and analyze campaign budget management and ensure optimal allocation of spend across platforms
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand messaging, goals, and overall marketing strategy
• Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance
• Mentor and lead marketing associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Provide performance reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns
• Proven expertise in Pmax, Google Shopping, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid search platforms
• Strong understanding of paid search strategy, performance metrics, and conversion optimization
• Experience with budget management and allocation across multiple channels
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data, reporting, and performance analysis
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Experience in the furniture or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
