At TRUEWERK, we believe craftsmanship is a mindset that should be applied to every endeavor. We value precision in the details, discipline in the process, and a commitment to excellence whether we’re building a house or a spreadsheet.
We believe the people whose skilled, physical work keeps our society running deserve gear that mirrors the tremendous value they create. We meticulously design, test, and refine every product to optimize performance and reflect the pride and professionalism of the people who rely on it.
We serve customers across the U.S. and Canada through TRUEWERK.com, Amazon, and a growing network of retail and enterprise partners. Backed by a dedicated Team of about 50 employees and a strong growth trajectory, we’re building a company—and a culture—grounded in performance, integrity, and continuous improvement.
TRUEWERK is seeking an experienced Marketing Director in Denver, Colorado to lead how our brand shows up in the field—and how it scales as we grow across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and enterprise channels. This role partners closely with the CMO, Creative leadership, and cross-functional Team to ensure the brand stays sharp, relevant, and built for the people who rely on it.
As Marketing Director, you own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing that earns attention, builds trust, and drives demand. You understand our customer because you respect the work they do—and you make sure everything we put into the market reflects that standard. Every message, campaign, and touchpoint should feel clear, consistent, and true to the craft.
This role calls for a hands-on leader who can set direction and roll up their sleeves to get the work done. You lead through clarity and conviction, make decisions grounded in real insight, and move with urgency. You know how to balance long-term brand building with the immediate need to perform—and you thrive in a fast-moving, no-ego environment where the work speaks for itself.

TRUEWERK began with the belief that we could uplift today’s trade professionals by creating the highest-performing workwear in the world and celebrating the people who Werk Wonders in it.
Inspired by the systems used by elite military personnel and professional mountain guides, we optimized technical fits and emerging fabric technology and applied them to the modern job site.
TRUEWERK was founded in 2015 by Brian Ciciora on a simple but strong conviction that business should be a platform for advancing humanity, not just profiting from it.
