
Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced Director of Legal Recruiting & Integration to lead the Firm’s attorney recruiting, hiring, and integration functions. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract, hire, and retain exceptional legal talent across all attorney levels, including associates, lateral attorneys, and members. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director will partner closely with Firm, practice group, and office leadership to assess hiring needs and ensure alignment with the Firm’s culture, values, and long‑term business objectives.
