Job Title : Director of Legal Affairs (Grade 16)
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Law (Mandatory). Postgraduate qualification and/or professional legal certification is highly preferred.
Experience : Minimum 15 years of progressive legal experience, including leadership of complex legal matters and institutional legal affairs. Strong expertise in commercial and corporate contract drafting, negotiation, UAE legal compliance, litigation and dispute management, and providing strategic legal counsel to executive leadership.
Languages: Full Professional Fluency in Arabic and English (Mandatory)
