True North Classical Academies are hiring a Director of Lacrosse!
This was our inaugural year, and we’re seeking a hands-on leader to coach and build our K–12 lacrosse program across multiple campuses.
You’ll serve as our lead coach while laying the foundation for a strong K–6 pipeline and growing a full program from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
Coach student-athletes directly
Build the K–12 lacrosse program, starting with early grades
Mentor future coaches and lead program expansion
Foster a culture of teamwork, character, and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in coaching and program development for lacrosse
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for inspiring young athletes
Bachelor’s degree preferred
