Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global financial strategies to support international operations, expansion, and profitability.
• Oversee international financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Manage financial risks related to foreign exchange, international tax structures, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with global accounting standards and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with regional finance teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and data driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other international business initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Significant experience in international finance, accounting, and financial leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing global financial operations and supervising cross border teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, international tax regulations, and foreign exchange management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead effectively in a multicultural, multinational business environment.
