The Director of Intake provides strategic leadership and oversight of the hospice intake department, ensuring timely referral processing, efficient admissions, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. Direct supervision for Admission RN’s and On Call RN team intake efficiency and clinical compliance.
Working closely with the Business Development team and referral sources, the Director of Intake is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the Intake Coordination team while collaborating with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to support organizational growth, referral management, and a seamless patient admission experience.
