
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the inside sales strategy aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
Own inside sales performance, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue attainment.
Establish sales targets, quotas, territories, and performance expectations.
Build a scalable sales organization capable of supporting rapid growth.
Develop and continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and operating rhythms.
Identify opportunities to increase productivity, shorten sales cycles, and improve win rates.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain high performing inside sales representatives and managers.
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Establish clear KPIs and performance standards for individual and team performance.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, one-on-ones, and performance evaluations.
Develop career paths and professional development programs for sales team members.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
Pipeline & Revenue Management
Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
Establish rigorous pipeline management and forecasting practices.
Analyze funnel performance and identify areas for improvement.
Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation, qualification, scoring, and handoff processes.
Improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates.
Ensure sales representatives effectively utilize CRM systems and follow established sales processes.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Marketing to align demand-generation strategies with sales capacity and revenue goals.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and account management.
Work with Sales Operations/Revenue Operations to improve reporting, analytics, territory planning, compensation, and sales technology.
Provide executive leadership with accurate forecasts, performance insights, and recommendations.
Collaborate with Product and other business functions to communicate market feedback and customer needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
7+ years of progressive sales experience, including significant experience leading inside sales teams.
Demonstrated success managing and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
Proven ability to build and implement scalable sales processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
Strong coaching and performance management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling an inside sales organization through a period of rapid growth.
Experience with a structured sales methodology such as MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, or similar.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or another enterprise CRM.
Experience in [industry / SaaS / B2B / technology / relevant sector].
Track record of successfully implementing sales enablement, automation, and revenue-operations initiatives.
Up to 20% Travel Requirement - Domestic & International
