Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM EST

About the Company

Our client is a rapidly growing financial services organisation operating within the personal injury sector. They provide innovative funding solutions to individuals awaiting legal settlements and work closely with law firms, medical providers, surgery centres, and hospitals to ensure clients receive the financial and medical support they need during challenging times.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Inside Sales to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing inside sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving sales performance, implementing scalable processes, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sales channels.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on sales leader with a strong background managing large inside sales teams, coaching sales professionals, analysing performance metrics, and driving accountability in a structured, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ Inside Sales Account Managers.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on leadership through call reviews, real-time feedback, and individual development plans.

Sales Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Drive conversion and revenue performance across inbound consumer leads and law firm referral channels.
  • Monitor and optimise sales funnel performance from lead generation through to funding.
  • Establish clear activity, conversion, and revenue targets for the team.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve results.
  • Ensure rapid response times, effective lead qualification, and consistent follow-up practices.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Enforce adherence to established sales processes, scripts, and systems.
  • Analyse team performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity and conversion rates.
  • Ensure consistent execution of best practices across all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance workflows and customer experience.

Relationship Management

  • Train and coach team members on effectively managing relationships with law firms and referral partners.
  • Ensure sales representatives build trust, establish rapport, and set appropriate expectations with prospects and partners.
  • Support the team in navigating complex stakeholder relationships throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience leading and managing an inside sales team of 10 or more representatives.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales performance targets.
  • Strong background in sales coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Experience driving process improvement and implementing scalable sales systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and conversion optimisation.
