• You will own the strategy, reliability, and security of the systems that run our business, aligning technology investments with the Company’s growth, requirements, and timelines.
• You will shape and lead the roadmap for the Company’s technology platforms, ensuring every implementation reflects our belief that “Everything is Important.”
You will lead, mentor, and grow an IT organization including System Administrators and IT Support Specialists, setting priorities and holding the team to a high standard of service.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee network documentation (configuration, domains, software licensing, etc.)
• Assess and make recommendations to improve the Company’s current network security policy, including standards, compliance, and auditing
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practices guides for the organization
• Manage and report on allocation of IT budget
• Develop and manage disaster recovery plan and check lists
• Develop and manage incident response plan and check lists
• Manage backups and disaster recovery testing
• Implement processes/tools to track the Company’s Hardware and software assets
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
• Lead the planning, vendor selection, and delivery of major IT projects—including an ERP implementation—owning budget, timeline, change management, and stakeholder alignment
• Provide hands-on project management for all IT initiatives from kickoff through go-live and post-implementation support
• Develop comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the business
• Supervise resources providing general desktop/network support, and measure performance against SLAs
• Provide direction and sets priorities for IT team
• Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement
• Coordinate non-US service providers for international operations
• Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners
• Manage relationships with external technology suppliers
Who We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in information technology, preferably including time as an IT Director, IT Manager, or in a related leadership position
• Demonstrated experience leading system implementations (e.g., ERP or comparable company-wide platform) from selection through go-live
• Hands-on experience in computer network, network administration, and installation
• Strong knowledge of technical management and information analysis
• Extensive knowledge of hardware and software systems
• Knowledge of the best practices in the industry
• Strong program & project management skills with the ability to prioritize activities effectively to execute multiple projects in parallel
• Team oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to multiple deadlines
• Excellent time management with an ability to balance multiple projects and timelines and to meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communications skills; ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen to others
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Location & Schedule:
This position is onsite in Torrance, CA and the general hours are 7:30am – 4pm but may vary based on global needs.

The starting pay range for this position is between $ plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
