Job Description

ACG_3838_JOB Our client is a one of the leading companies in construction, real estate investment in Vietnam who is seeking an experienced candidate. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. HR Advisory Advise management on HR-related matters within the department’s scope, including HR management, operational processes, departmental objectives and action plans, improvement initiatives, and organizational structure. 2. HR Systems & Organizational Development Lead the development of organizational structures, functions and responsibilities, job descriptions, and competency frameworks across the Company. Develop and improve internal policies, regulations, and procedures related to Human Resources and Administration. 3. Department Management Set departmental objectives, annual plans, and budgets, and monitor their implementation. Lead, guide, and develop team members to ensure effective execution of departmental goals. Monitor employee performance and provide recommendations on salary adjustments, rewards, disciplinary actions, and internal transfers. Report departmental performance and key matters to senior management. 4. Workforce Planning, Recruitment & Development Develop and implement workforce planning, recruitment, training, and employee development programs. Oversee compliance with required procedures and regulations related to labor management and relevant government authorities. 5. Compensation, Benefits & Employee Policies Develop annual salary plans, compensation structures, labor standards, incentive schemes, and employee benefit policies. Establish performance evaluation criteria as a basis for salary and bonus recommendations. Monitor labor market compensation and benefits trends and update relevant labor regulations, including minimum wage and social insurance requirements. 6. Administration & Information Technology Management Manage company assets, equipment, document administration, records, reception, and corporate hospitality activities. Oversee the implementation of IT applications and ensure smooth IT operations supporting the Company’s activities. 7. Other Responsibilities Perform other duties assigned in accordance with the responsibilities and scope of the position. Requirements 1. Education Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Labor Economics, Law, or a related field. Basic English proficiency sufficient for reviewing English documents, with strong Microsoft Office skills. 2. Experience Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the real estate industry, including at least 5 years in a similar management position. 3. Professional Expertise Strong knowledge of HR management, including performance management and KPI systems, workforce planning, succession planning, competency management, training and development, and employee engagement. Strong understanding of labor laws and related regulations. Experience in organizational development, including organizational structure, management systems, internal policies, and operational procedures. 4. Leadership & Management Strong systematic, analytical, and logical thinking with the ability to identify root causes and make effective decisions. Ability to set organizational goals, develop action plans, manage resources, and monitor execution and performance. Strong people leadership capabilities, including talent identification, work allocation, coaching, performance evaluation, and team development. Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders. 5. Key Skills Strong planning, problem-solving, communication, presentation, negotiation, and teamwork skills. Strong execution and coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage change and adapt to evolving business requirements.
