Kendal at Oberlin's Human Resources Department has an opening for the position of Director of Human Resources. This senior level position, reporting to the CEO, will be fully responsible and accountable for all Human Resources operations for the Kendal at Oberlin staff community in full accordance with Kendal's Values and Practices; having oversight of benefits administration, staff compensation, employee relations, recruiting, unemployment, education/training/development, data/record maintenance, and job safety/workers compensation.
