
MicroTech is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead the organization's human resources function while supporting the continued growth of the business and our employees. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with MicroTech's business objectives, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment regulations, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
This is both a strategic leadership and operational role. The Director of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition support, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, policy development, training, and organizational development. In addition, this position provides direct leadership, coaching, and oversight to the Human Resources Generalist, ensuring timely and effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution, build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and managers.
