Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple office locations
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract mission-aligned talent
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet organizational hiring needs

Culture & Employee Experience

• Establish and nurture a cohesive organizational culture across all offices
• Champion employee engagement initiatives that reflect the organization's values
• Serve as a trusted resource for staff at all levels of the organization

HR Operations

• Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure competitive, well-communicated offerings
• Develop, maintain, and update the employee handbook and HR policies
• Manage core HR functions including onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a non-profit or mission-driven organization
• Track record of recruiting and supporting staff across multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and benefits administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels
