I’d like to brief you on a new role we’re looking to open Director of Hospitality Education & Development.

We’re seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in hospitality education, ideally someone who has experience working with a reputable Hotel School. The key focus of this role will be to build and lead our learning and development function from the ground up.

This person will take ownership of setting up a comprehensive training programme, including on-the-job training frameworks, and establishing a structured learning environment across the business.

Development of this role will be instrumental in launching a Hotel School within the next 1–2 years which will act as a strong regional hub. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading this initiative.

Strong luxury branded background will be an advantage.
