Leadership Opportunity in Home Care!

Are you an experienced home care leader who understands both the day-to-day realities of caregiving services and the operational work that keeps programs running successfully?

Venture Forthe is seeking a Director of Home Care Operations to lead and grow our Arizona services. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in Arizona in home care, attendant care, personal care, home health, or for an Agency With Choice (AWC) provider organization and is ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals receiving care in their homes and communities.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day home care operations
• Support program growth and service expansion
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, caregiver support, and workforce development
• Attract and retain quality caregivers
• Ensure compliance with Arizona Medicaid (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System – AHCCCS), the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program and applicable regulations
• Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and operational performance
• Build relationships with referral sources, community partners, and managed care organizations
• Develop and mentor team members

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years working in operations for a home care, attendant care, home health, personal care, or Agency With Choice (AWC) provider organization within Arizona.
• Experience overseeing operational functions such as scheduling, staffing, caregiver support, client intake, service coordination, compliance, quality assurance, or program operations

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a home care or home health organization.
• Experience with Arizona Medicaid (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System – AHCCCS) and the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program
• Experience operating or growing private pay home care services
• Experience launching, expanding, or managing home care, attendant care, or home and community-based service programs

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
