Job Description

General

• Provide strategic leadership for CRS HSE, Quality, and Training (HSEQT) initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary technical and compliance resource for all CRS locations and departments.
• Act as a company representative and liaison with regulatory agencies, customers, and industry partners as needed.

Policy & Procedure

• Develop, maintain, and audit HSEQT programs, policies, SOPs, forms, SEPs, and ERPs in accordance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain required internal and regulatory reporting and stay current on regulatory updates.

Field

• Coordinate medical response and lead incident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct site, branch, hazard, and PPE audits and follow up to ensure corrective action effectiveness.

Learning Management System (LMS) & Training

• Administer and optimize the LMS, including content creation, assignment, tracking, and recordkeeping.
• Oversee and conduct CRS training programs as needed.

Other

• Develop and distribute safety and quality communications and Lessons Learned.
• Mentor leadership to promote standardized HSEQT practices and documentation.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant Safety Data Sheet (SDS) libraries.
• Support acquisitions, new processes, and equipment reviews as requested.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the VP of HSEQT.

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Based out of a designated CRS branch office.
• Travel to CRS locations and customer sites nationwide, with required training and PPE.
