inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We're entering our next stage of growth, with significant opportunities to improve how we acquire, engage, retain, and monetize customers while building inKind into a recognized consumer brand.
We're looking for a Director of Marketing who is a builder and an operator — someone who can turn growth opportunities into working programs, launch new initiatives, optimize existing channels, and create repeatable systems that drive measurable results.
The Director of Marketing will lead the execution and optimization of inKind's marketing initiatives across consumer lifecycle, subscriptions, performance marketing, brand, and partner acquisition.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong marketing instincts with analytical thinking, technical fluency, and a bias toward action.
You'll work across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, build solutions, launch campaigns, measure performance, and continuously improve results.
We are not looking for someone who simply develops strategies, manages agencies, or oversees campaign calendars. We want someone who understands how modern marketing systems work, can get into the details of execution, and knows how to turn ideas into measurable business outcomes.
Beyond these priorities, you'll continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, customer experience, and growth.
Lead the transition from one-off, calendar-driven campaigns to a scalable, automated lifecycle marketing operation.
The outcome: A lifecycle marketing engine that consistently drives customer behavior and revenue without relying on constant manual campaign creation.
Own the marketing execution behind the introduction and scaling of inKind's consumer subscription offering.
The outcome: A successfully launched subscription offering with a repeatable, measurable acquisition and retention engine.
Evolve inKind's existing restaurant acquisition marketing from primarily transaction-focused messaging into a more differentiated, brand-led growth channel.
The outcome: A more differentiated and effective B2B acquisition engine that strengthens inKind's brand while continuing to deliver measurable commercial results.
Own the continuous improvement of inKind's consumer acquisition and engagement programs.
Help modernize how Marketing operates by reducing manual processes and improving the speed and effectiveness of execution.
Take ownership of delivering marketing initiatives from initial concept through execution and optimization.
inKind is at an exciting stage of growth, with an established restaurant network, millions of consumers, and significant opportunities to expand how customers interact with our platform.
This role offers the opportunity to take direct ownership of initiatives that will shape the next stage of the business — from building an automated lifecycle marketing engine to launching a consumer subscription product and evolving how we communicate our value to restaurant partners.
We're looking for someone who wants to build, execute, and see the measurable impact of their work.
If you're energized by turning complex marketing challenges into working solutions, moving quickly, and building growth programs that scale, we'd love to hear from you.

Founded in 2016, inKind’s mission is to support restaurants and connect consumers with experiences that enrich their everyday moments and commemorate their landmarks. In our eyes, Restaurants don’t just fill your belly, they teach you about culture, mark important milestones in your life and when done right, make you feel like part of a community. They are a vital thread in the fabric of life.
inKind was inspired by our experience running a restaurant incubator in Washington D.C. There, we learned what it meant to be good operators, while also designing and testing our latest tech, enhancing the experience for restaurateurs and customers. By identifying the ongoing challenges facing the F&B industry firsthand, we created a unique model to fund restaurant ventures.
Through this innovative approach, inKind provides funding to restaurants of all shapes and sizes who are looking to grow. As part of our model, we take credit in the restaurants we fund and from it, market and sell high-dollar gift cards to guests. These customers then interact, transact, and enjoy positive experiences at their favorite restaurants thanks to our dedicated team and inKind app. This flywheel allows inKind to grow, ensures the success of restaurant operators, and provides customers a way to support and discover great restaurants.
