Since our launch in 2012, we’ve expanded to Stockholm, Toronto, and Sydney and continue to scale at an exciting pace.

We are now looking for a Director of Growth Marketing (1-year cover starting mid June) to take ownership of our digital growth and continue building on a strong foundation.

The Role in a Nutshell

As Director of Growth Marketing, you will own Mentimeter’s digital growth strategy and execution end-to-end.

You will lead a team across three core areas:

• Paid Marketing: driving scalable, efficient acquisition
• Organic Growth: ensuring strong discoverability across search, LLMs and AI-driven environments
• Website: optimizing the website as a conversion engine for both self-serve and enterprise

These areas are deeply interconnected. Your role is to ensure they work together as a cohesive growth system, driving registrations, activation, and revenue.

You will be directly accountable for how digital contributes to self-serve growth and enterprise pipeline & lead generation

You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and prioritization across teams, and play a key role in shaping how growth is prioritized at a company level.

Reporting to the CMO, you will act as the owner of digital growth at Mentimeter, responsible for both direction and results.

The role starts mid June and includes a handover period before the leave.

Your Mission: Drive digital growth at scale

• Lead and develop the team
  Build and support a high-performing growth marketing team across paid, organic search and website
• Own acquisition and conversion end-to-end
  Ensure we attract the right users and convert them into active customers
• Scale our growth engine
  Drive improvements on the website across UX, content, and structure to increase conversion and activation
• Drive enterprise pipeline through digital
  Ensure the website and campaigns generate high-quality leads and support ABM initiatives
• Align stakeholders and priorities
  Work across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive focus and clarity
• Improve performance and efficiency
  Optimize spend, channels, and funnel performance to increase ROI

Who You Are

🔥You’ve led growth in an environment where multiple teams, channels, and product surfaces need to work together.
A proven growth leader with experience in SaaS or product-led environments
📊 Data-driven and analytical, with a strong understanding of performance, budgets and ROI
🎯 Hands-on across paid, SEO and website — comfortable balancing strategy with execution
🌍 A strong understanding of how digital channels work together to drive growth
🤝 Experienced in working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
🚀 Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments where there is no clear playbook, prioritizing effectively, and navigating complexity
