We are seeking a subscriptions Director of Growth & Innovation to drive meaningful progression of our US digital subscription business building avenues for new entry points and fortifying subscriber value across the entire customer journey.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, experimentation, and execution—focused on how readers discover, value, pay for, and stay engaged with our journalism over time. It is ideal for a strategic growth leader who understands how acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization work together. You will develop and activate new ideas for growing subscriptions that expand reach through non-traditional acquisition models. You will leverage data and technology to build partnerships, bundles, and audience programs that personalize experiences at scale, and increase value for our audiences—all within a trusted, well-established daily news organization
