The Director of Growth, Access & Engagement is a strategic leadership role responsible for supporting IOA’s statewide expansion through business development, community engagement, and partnerships. This role ensures that IOA is positioned as California’s trusted leader in aging services while delivering seamless, responsive, and exceptional experience for all clients entering care.
This position reports to the Vice President of Outreach and Brand Strategy and serves as a key thought partner and collaborator in advancing IOA’s statewide expansion and growth strategy. Working in close alignment with the VP, the Director of Growth, Access & Engagement helps shape and execute initiatives that drive market presence, strengthen partnerships, and expand access to IOA’s full continuum of services.
The Director of Growth, Access & Engagement supports the development of scalable referral pipelines, oversees outreach and enrollment strategy, and fosters strong relationships with healthcare partners, managed care organizations, and community-based providers. This position plays a critical role in aligning growth initiatives with operational excellence to ensure timely, equitable access to IOA’s full continuum of services.

This role is central to advancing IOA’s mission by expanding access, strengthening partnerships, and elevating the client experience statewide—ensuring more older adults can age with dignity, independence, and connection.
Compensation
Range: $160,000 - $170,000/Annual
This amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factors.
This range does not include any additional equity, benefits, or other non-monetary compensation which may be included.
