You continuously seek opportunities to improve ways of working by refining processes and driving thoughtful, impactful change.
For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams, including geographically dispersed or global teams.
  • Strong ability to work across cultures, time zones, and cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering results in a complex, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in the industrial valves or flow control industry.
  • Advanced degree such as a master’s in engineering or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
