
The Salvation Army Midland Divisional Headquarters located in St. Louis, Missouri, is looking for a Director of Gift & Estate Planning. This individual will be responsible for the promotion, development and securing of planned gifts within the assigned service area in Midland Division.
This is a Full-Time, Exempt position, 40 hours per week, pay is based on experience.
We are located at 1130 Hampton Ave St. Louis, Missouri 63139.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years proven experience in development/related field with comprehensive knowledge in planned giving. Combination of training and experience will be considered. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Requires working knowledge and skill in computer software applications to including word processing, spreadsheet, database and e-mail. Must be a team player, self-starter, able to handle several projects at the same time and perform well with minimum supervision. Ability to think independently and exercise sound judgment. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. Capable and willingness to travel, sometimes for consecutive days. Must have a valid drivers’ license and pass TSA MVR check.
Physical and Working Conditions
Must be capable of performing the above essential duties in an office environment to include using a computer, answering phones, etc. Work will be done on the road as well as in a climate-controlled office.
Employee Status
Full-time: Normal work hours will be determined by supervisor, however working additional hours including some weekends may be required.
